Senior Construction Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are hiring Construction project Manager oversees all facets of major energy retrofit construction projects. Our ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or other construction-related field and 10+ years total professional experience that includes a wide range of experience in field operations and construction means and methods. Or a combination of education and experience that demonstrates the required skills and abilities for the position.

Description:

• 10+ years of Construction Manager experience in NYC on relevant projects

• Relevant Experience: Boiler installation / managing boiler operators

• Ability to read plans/drawings/specifications and interpret data.

• Ability to manage sub-contractors

• Professional: will be client facing on all projects, this is 50% of the position

• Ability to go to Queens daily

• Willing to submit to background check.

• Strong Microsoft Office skills and generally tech savvy/ready and willing to learn new systems.
