Rally Health is looking for a solutions-driven Senior Compensation Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will be intellectually nimble, self-motivated, know how to easily partner with all levels of employees, get passionate about significant and rewarding work and has no qualms when it comes to "rolling up their sleeves" to join in the fun!

Responsibilities:

  • Lead plan design and administration of Employee Compensation, Sales Compensation and Talent Management at Rally

  • Serve as subject matter expert and actively identify and implement valuable compensation initiatives

  • Own the re-design of existing reward and recognition programs

  • Partner with the HR Operations team to ensure HRIS system meets requirements for compensation data/reporting needs and impact to quarterly talent management cycles

  • Work directly with HR Business Partners on complex field-initiated projects to drive business results, generally with no oversight

  • Assist with mergers and acquisition efforts to include due diligence and integration activities

  • Provide compensation analysis for workforce planning and forecasting initiatives

  • Design and deliver training to managers and Human Resources Business Partners (HRBPs) on compensation standard methodologies

  • Understand the business priorities and represents the compensation perspective to support the business from a cost/benefit perspective

  • Resolve and provide clear, objective, and data-based recommendations on complex compensation related issues

  • Provide appropriate counsel and information to influence and change the behavior of clients when appropriate

  • Conduct job mapping, FLSA evaluation, and market pricing analysis to support compensation recommendations in accordance with compensation policies

  • Support other team initiatives as indicated including training, remediation and compliance audits

  • Remain abreast of best practices and thought leadership in the compensation field

Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate degree (degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, HR preferred)

  • 7 or more years of professional Compensation and/or Human Capital experience

  • Experience in Radford Global Technology Survey

  • Strong quantitative, analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel

  • Experience using Microsoft Access

  • Experience with a Compensation Management Platform (knowledge of Compensation XL a plus)

  • Extraordinary written and verbal interpersonal skills

  • Strong work ethic & ability to thrive in an ever-evolving organization

As a Complex Senior Event Manager, you would be responsible for executing written sales agreements for large-scale and complex full-service meetings, conventions and events and the successful execution of such events in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards: * Execute written sales agreements for large-scale and complex full-service meetings, conventions and events with more than 300 cumulative room nights * Negotiate terms and pricing of vendor partner agreements and service agreements with companies and organizations affiliated with group business * Maintain relationships among the customers, their representatives and the hotel to ensure full participation in servicing accounts * Initiate verbal and written communication with customers and hotel departments outlining details and specifics of the event including, but not limited to, payment structure, room block management, food and beverage, public room rental, exhibit hall fees, incremental and affiliate revenue streams, performance damages and master billing process * Partner with operations departments * Monitor and develop team member performance to include, but not limited to, providing supervision and professional development, conducting counseling and evaluations and delivering recognition and reward * Monitor and assess service and satisfaction trends, evaluate and address issues and make improvements accordingly * Recruit, interview and train team members What are we looking for?
