THE OPPORTUNITY

We're searching for a collaborative and detail-oriented Compensation Business Partner who will work closely with North America's HR partners to develop and implement comprehensive compensation strategies that attract, retain, and empower top talent.

Ideal candidates will have a proven history of influencing HR partners and business leaders with a combination of subject matter expertise, relationship-building abilities, and advanced analytical skills. This role is part of a dynamic team that collaborates in the development, implementation, optimization, maintenance, and communication of compensation programs that ensure alignment with the Global compensation strategy and guidelines.

This position is based at our Greenville, SC headquarters and allows a hybrid in-office schedule.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Implement and coordinate Regional compensation policies, initiatives and programs for wage and salaried populations.

• Lead annual benchmarking and market studies to inform strategy for personnel cost decisions and forecasting. Develop analytics to evaluate compensation strategy, trends and key metrics that drive informed decision-making.

Build consultative and collaborative relationships with HR stakeholders and business leaders on compensation programs and initiatives. Formulate compensation solutions and provide recommendations that align with Global practices and guidelines.

Develop and present clear PowerPoint presentations to assist stakeholders in making compensation decisions and delivery compensation related training.

In partnership with the compensation team, continually improve and iterate on internal compensation projects and processes.

Support special projects and initiatives as needed, such as mergers and acquisitions, restructuring, or program implementations. Develop solutions, detailed implementation plans, and financial impact to respective stakeholders

Serve in thought leadership role for Region, staying abreast of emerging trends, regulatory changes and best practices in compensation. Make recommendations for continuous improvement and influence on current compensation topics.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field;

• Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in compensation program management, analysis, and annual administration, preferably in a large corporate global environment.

Strong understanding of compensation principles, including base salary programs, job evaluation methodologies, competitive analysis, salary structures, incentive plans
