Your role at SIXT

The Senior Compensation Analyst at SIXT Rent a Car LLC plays a crucial role in supporting the development, implementation, and administration of compensation programs. This position ensures that compensation practices are competitive, equitable, and aligned with the company's overall strategy and objectives. The Senior Compensation Analyst works closely with People & Culture partners, management, and other stakeholders to analyze compensation data, manage salary structures, and provide insights to drive effective compensation decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Compensation Analysis:

  • Conduct regular market analysis to ensure competitiveness of salaries and compensation packages.

  • Benchmark positions against market data and internal structures.

  • Analyze compensation trends and provide recommendations for adjustments and enhancements.

  • Salary Administration:

  • Assist in the administration of salary review processes, including annual increases and promotions.

  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of compensation changes in the HRIS.

  • Support the maintenance and updating of job descriptions and salary structures.

  • Data Management:

  • Manage compensation data, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

  • Prepare and maintain compensation-related reports and dashboards.

  • Analyze and interpret compensation data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

  • Compliance and Policies:

  • Ensure compensation practices comply with all relevant laws and regulations.

  • Assist in the development and communication of compensation policies and guidelines.

  • Support internal audits and compliance reviews related to compensation.

  • Employee Communication:

  • Assist in the development of communication materials related to compensation programs.

  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding compensation policies and practices.

  • Provide guidance and support to People & Culture business partners and managers on compensation-related matters.

  • Project Support:

  • Participate in compensation projects, including system implementations and process improvements.

  • Support the implementation of new compensation initiatives and programs.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of compensation strategies.

  • Workday Experience:

  • Utilize Workday to manage compensation processes, including data entry and reporting.

  • Leverage Workday functionalities to streamline and automate compensation tasks.

  • Ensure data integrity within Workday and troubleshoot any system issues.

  • Provide training and support to other team members on Workday compensation modules.

What you bring with you

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field required.

  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in compensation analysis, salary administration, or related HR functions.

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel.

  • Experience with HRIS systems, specifically Workday.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

  • Knowledge of federal, state, and local compensation regulations.

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

What we offer

Salary: $80,000 - $85,000
