The primary objective of a Senior Compensation Analyst is to provide advanced consulting and analytical expertise to support the development, design, implementation and administration of compensation programs, practices, and policies to meet the changing needs of Memorial Health System's compensation program and associated practices. They will work closely with the leadership team on the development of job descriptions, job families, evaluating jobs, reviewing qualifications and licensure requirements for compliance with legal guidelines and recommend range placement based on market data and internal equity.
Requirements for this position include:
Education equivalent to a bachelor's degree in human resources, business or finance, or related discipline
Master's degree in business administration, human resources, or finance or comparable is preferred.
Has attained (or will be actively pursuing) the Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation or comparable compensation designation
Professional human resources certification(s), i.e., PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP is preferred.
Four or more years of professional-level work experience in human resources, finance or related field is required.
Experience as a Compensation Analyst is strongly preferred, ideally in a major health care system.
