We are currently seeking a motivated, career and customer oriented Senior Communications Analyst to join our team to begin an exciting and challenging career with SAIC. The Senior Communications Analyst shall be a self-motivated individual with strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize, adapt, and respond to changes in requirements or project scope. They are experienced in writing, editing, and performing research to develop comprehensive written products appropriate for different audiences (clients, leadership, etc.).

Responsibilities for the Senior Communications Analyst Include:

  • Review, analyze, and recommend communication guidance to program-related problems and issues, track issues and problems through to resolution, and respond to related questions and correspondence.

  • Organize and manage multiple projects coordinating with multiple stakeholders simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality presentations.

  • Edits, proofreads and provides writing support, the conceptualization, layout and preparation of high-quality graphics, text, and templates, and the design, preparation, and creation of new and existing plans and presentations on non-technical and/or technical documents or sections of plans and presentations prepared by writers such as manuals, procedures and specifications.

  • Articulate technical solutions and achievements in a clear, concise, and business-oriented language.

  • Translate technical jargon into layman's terms for effective communication with executives.

  • Coordinate and collaborate with program leadership team to effectively and innovatively track and documents processes, plans, and procedures.

  • Implementing quality assurance processes to ensure that all deliverables meet the specified standards and comply with contractual requirements.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and align on key messages.

  • Maintain brand consistency in all presentations, ensuring alignment with organizational branding guidelines.

  • Ensuring documents meet editorial and government specifications and adhering to standards for quality, graphics, coverage, format, and style.

Qualifications

  • BS and 6 years of related experience.

  • Ability to obtain and maintain a DHS public trust requiring US Citizenship.

  • Expert level Microsoft Office skills with a focus on PowerPoint and Word skills.

  • Proficient in graphic design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) or other design tools.

  • Ability to create visually stunning and cohesive graphics that enhance the overall presentation.

  • Advanced skills in Microsoft PowerPoint, including the use of animation, transitions, and master slides.

  • Ability to create dynamic and engaging slide layouts.

  • Advance communication skills to work with a wide range of leaders, individual contributors, SMEs, clients, and peers.

  • Experience compiling presentation and documentation for government and internal leadership/stakeholders.

  • Familiarity with document management systems and tools is beneficial for efficiently organizing, storing, and retrieving project documentation.

  • Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills to work effectively with solution delivery teams and stakeholders.

Desired Skills:

  • Design and develop multimedia applications, systems and products involving computer graphics and interactive computing using a variety of new media software applications, techniques, and tools.

  • Strong comprehension of technical solutions and the ability to distill complex concepts into easily understandable messages.
