Senior Commercial Real Estate Accountant

Description: Our client, a Cutting-Edge multi-dimensional Real Estate Firm located in Freehold, NJ area, is adding a Senior Commercial Real Estate Accountant to their team on a temp-perm basis.

In this role, the ideal candidate will be responsible for: Assist with commercial real estate transactions Review and assist with the preparation of financial statements Post journal entries for expenses Maintain fixed assets- depreciation/amortization Heavy account and bank reconciliations Assist with monthly and quarterly close Assist with budgeting and forecasting Track and monitor lease details, expenses, etc., The position requires: 5 years of Commercial Real Estate Accounting experience - warehousing/storage, distribution centers, and/or manufacturing facilities - Required Bachelors Degree Public accounting with Real Estate Clientele is preferred CPA a plus Daily use of Excel required, experience with MRI, Yardi or other RE Accounting software In the office daily This is a state-of-the-art facility and a top Real Estate Firm in the USAoffering great benefits and an excellent co-working team.
