Senior Commercial Loan Associate - Escrow
In this position, you will maintain escrow accounts on commercial mortgage loans, including disbursement. You will also maintain commercial loan escrow files, track delinquent taxes and tracks/monitors property insurance.
Primary responsibilities include:
Process escrow documents in compliance with company policies and procedures
Maintain escrow accounts, including disbursement of real estate taxes
Review tax verification reports
Maintain and review working and original commercial loan files
Assist Manager with the review of Escrow and Insurance procedure
Monitors and trains delinquent real estate taxes, property insurance and flood insurance
High School diploma required
Minimum 3 years tax escrow & insurance experience: preferably with a medium or large commercial bank
ACBS experience preferred
Ability to exercise good judgment and decision-making skills under pressure
Ability to multi-task and prioritize to meet deadlines
Proficient in Microsoft Office
