Senior Commercial Building Engineer

Senior Commercial Building Engineer Technician Pay: $25-$36/hr ($52,000-$75,000) Background Check: Yes, 3year felony background check and lifetime sex offender.

No pending felony cases and no warrants. Drug Screen: Yes, a 10-panel pre-employment drug screen.

Schedule: M-F 7am-4pm or 8am-5pm; On-call rotation Benefits: Company provides a work truck for some locations, uniforms, all tools, phone & tablet. Two medical plans with HRA & FSA options (60 days of employment start). Traditional or Roth 401(k) plans.

Multiple years of leadership experience in commercial building maintenance of commercial HVAC. Technician Duties: Service, diagnose & repair Chillers, Boilers, Cooling Towers, fire/sprinkler, plumbing, electrical, and Commercial HVAC equipment.
