This is a permanent position, ideal for a dedicated professional with a proven track record in commercial lines and account management.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of commercial clients, ensuring their mortgage needs are met with the highest standards of service. Responsibilities: As a Senior Commercial Account Manager, your key responsibilities will include: 1.

Managing and growing a diverse portfolio of commercial mortgage clients, ensuring their needs are met with exceptional service. 2. Developing and implementing strategic account plans to achieve growth and retention objectives. 3. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs, and providing tailored mortgage solutions. 4.

Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction. 5. Utilizing industry-specific software, such as Epic, to manage client accounts, track performance, and generate reports. 6. Keeping abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and risks. 7.

Providing expert advice to clients on mortgage products, market trends, and financial strategies. 8. Participating in business development activities, including networking events, seminars, and trade shows. Qualifications: The ideal candidate for the Senior Commercial Account Manager position will have: 1.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial lines and account management, preferably in the mortgage industry. 2. Proficiency in using industry-specific software, such as Epic. 3. A strong understanding of commercial mortgage products, market trends, and regulatory environment. 4.

Exceptional relationship management skills, with a proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. 5. Excellent strategic thinking and planning skills, with a demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful account strategies. 6. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex mortgage concepts to clients. 7.

A results-driven approach, with a proven track record of achieving growth and retention objectives. 8. A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred. 9. Relevant professional certifications, such as Certified Mortgage Banker (CMB) or Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), are a plus.
