Senior Command Foreign Disclosure Analyst

SAIC is currently hiring a Senior Command Foreign Disclosure Analyst located in Pearl City, Hawaii to support the Modeling & Simulation Systems Engineering contract on USINDOPACOM to provide administrative support for the Joint Awards Program, the Task Management System (TMS), and the Foreign Disclosure Officer (FDR)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Serves as Headquarters USINDOPACOM Joint Awards Program Support, leading timely execution of high visible tasks

• Provides support for administrative and personnel management functions, incorporating a variety of services essential to the direction and function of the Operations Directorate

• Assists the J1 Directorate Foreign Disclosure Officer (FDO) as necessary in making foreign disclosure (FD) determinations on issues involving the directorate

• Facilitates HQs, Services, and Office of the Secretary of Defense level approvals for USINDOPACOM award submissions and tracks awards completion / provides weekly status briefs up to Flag Officer/General Officer (FOGO) levels

• Supports development and reviews/screens complex staffing packets for J1, J10, Chief of Staff, Deputy Commander, or Commander USINDOPACOM

• Trains Action Officers on process and packet development, providing key Executive Correspondence examples and guidance to support task submission

• Supports training, development, packaging and reviews/screens staffing packets for Chief of Staff, Deputy Commander, COMUSINDOPACOM and SECDEF approval

• Coordinates and implements all internal account controls, provides system training, and assists with user issues

• Drafts implementing instructions for major administrative and policy matters

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelors and nine (9) years of related experience; additional four (4) years of experience accepted in lieu of degree

• Demonstrated experience in the following DoD civilian personnel software systems:

• Task Management System (TMS)

• Foreign Disclosure Management System (FDMS)

• Must have proven experience drafting documents and implementing classification standards to stakeholders at the Flag Officer General Officer (FOGO) level

• Ability meet demanding deadlines, organized, and effective communicator

• Potential occasional travel required; CONUS and OCONUS

REQUIRED CLEARANCE:

• Must have a current Active Secret clearance with ability to obtain a TS/SCI clearance

• Must be a current US Citizen
