Then you should apply to become a part of our passionate team Key Responsibilities: • Determining, identifying, and documenting event(s) of default. • Extensive experience evaluating and determining program risk; swift actioning and with proven above average recovery/resolution rates. • Collect financial statements to analyze and propose effective and realistic plans for resolution of default programs within the portfolio within required timelines. • Responsible for negotiating, articulating, and documenting written workout strategies, as well as monitor effectiveness including payment reporting and satisfaction of collection agreement requirements. • Ability to perform detailed searches of relevant customer information using publicly available data as well as the Bank’s internal tools and systems to keep track of and stay informed of the circumstances affecting past due or delinquent clients. • Prepare files and submit to designated counsel for legal matters within established timelines; initiate legal proceedings in pursuit of legal remedies upon continuing event of default. Base Salary Commission Plan Qualifications: • Bachelors degree in relevant field required. • 5 years of experience in a commercial lending environment with proven experience in commercial collections, credit evaluation, portfolio risk assessment and/or special assets. • Bi-lingual (English & Spanish) preferred. • Strong knowledge and understanding of credit and financial analysis tools and techniques. • Ability to identify and quantify business risks and the key drivers of risk and focus decisions accordingly. • Strong written and oral communication skills. • Strong organizational skills with ability to set priorities in a multi-task environment and meet deadlines. • Demonstrated proficiency with Windows based applications.
