WHAT WE EXPECT YOU'VE ALREADY DONE:
A minimum of 8 years as a leader of complex business or technology initiatives, preferably in a consulting environment
Architected holistic solutions by gathering business requirements from users, managers, and executive leaders
Demonstrated the ability to build the culture and behaviors required for successful business collaboration
Defined long-term holistic strategies based on business need
Successfully managed change using communications, user profiling and training tools and skills
Implemented enterprise content management or content services processes, behaviors, and technology
Built governance and sustainment models for business and/or technology functions
Shown an avid interest in the future of collaboration technology, collaboration best practices, digital employee experience, work stream collaboration and enterprise social collaboration
Established expertise in project management methodologies, approaches, and tools
Participated in business development activities (client opportunity discovery and scoping, proposal development)
Demonstrated experience with one or more collaboration suites (such as Microsoft Office 365, Google G-Suite, Atlassian) and collaboration applications (such as Microsoft Teams, Confluence, Slack, Trello)
Earned a B.A. or B.S. degree
