Ensures coordination of all tasks related to patient scheduling. Ensures all quality control measures have been addressed; also ensures patient satisfaction and a positive patient experience.
Job Responsibility
Ensures coordination of all tasks related to patient scheduling, including confirming, coordinating, and providing technical support for patient visits.
Assures confidentiality of patient information and medical records.
Organizes supplies ensuring all work areas are restocked appropriately; orders and purchases all necessary office supplies.
Assists clinicians in all clinical observations/information by using relevant software.
Serves as a liaison, to coordinate information between clinicians and facilities, patients, and other key personnel.
Ensures all quality control measures have been addressed.
Ensures patient satisfaction and a positive patient experience.

Job Qualification
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
3-5 years of relevant experience, required.
3-5 years of health care experience or direct clinical experience, preferred.
