Senior Clinical Support Services Assistant

Job Description

Ensures coordination of all tasks related to patient scheduling. Ensures all quality control measures have been addressed; also ensures patient satisfaction and a positive patient experience.

Job Responsibility

• Ensures coordination of all tasks related to patient scheduling, including confirming, coordinating, and providing technical support for patient visits.

• Assures confidentiality of patient information and medical records.

• Organizes supplies ensuring all work areas are restocked appropriately; orders and purchases all necessary office supplies.

• Assists clinicians in all clinical observations/information by using relevant software.

• Serves as a liaison, to coordinate information between clinicians and facilities, patients, and other key personnel.

• Ensures all quality control measures have been addressed.

• Ensures patient satisfaction and a positive patient experience.

Job Qualification

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

• 3-5 years of relevant experience, required.

• 3-5 years of health care experience or direct clinical experience, preferred.
