Senior Clinical Pharmacist - Everett Medical Ctr Colby-Everett(HR)

SCHEDULE: 10 hour shifts, 7 on 7 off, Wednesday thru Wednesday

The Acute Care Clinical Pharmacist II applies their advanced knowledge, skills, critical thinking, and experience to serve as the therapeutic consultant in areas that include rational and appropriate use of medication and the provision of clinical pharmacy services

Required Qualifications:

• PharmD Doctorate of Pharmacy Or

• Bachelor Degree Bachelor of Pharmacy

• Upon hire: Washington Pharmacist License

• 2 years PGY1 residency training and 1 year of experience within relevant practice setting - or - a minimum of 3 years of acute care setting (in lieu of residency training)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Board of Pharmacy Specialties certification in specific area of practice

• Basic Life Support-Provider (BLS) where applicable

• ACLS/PALS/NRP where applicable
