We are currently seeking a full time Senior Clinical Operations Specialist to join our Corporate Clinical Operatioons team. This is a remote/work-from-home position requiring 50% travel.
The Senior Clinical Operations Specialist assists the Clinical Operations team in providing continuous expert consultation, guidance, problem-solving, and resolutions for field operations. Responsibilities include assisting in program evaluation, accreditation preparation/maintenance, and monitoring of service delivery to support clinically appropriate care that is consistent with contractual requirements and NCCHC/ACA standards. The Senior Clinical Operations Specialist also provides onsite or remote staff training, support, and consultation to address identified areas for improvement in service delivery and accreditation readiness and assists in the development or revision of Company model policies, procedures, protocols, continuous quality improvement (CQI) tools including corrective action plans, clinical documentation tools and templates, and staff training related to service delivery. Additionally, this role supports implementation of new correctional healthcare/behavioral health programs and may support electronic health record (EHR) implementation or refinement when required.

PHD or PsyD Psychologist
Minimum two years of supervisory experience
Minimum five years clinical/administrative experience, preferably in a correctional environment providing services to justice-involved patients
Expertise in quality improvement, auditing, and client relations
Familiarity with business development processes preferred
Skilled in use of computer software for developing reports
Excellent writing, editing, analyzing, and strategizing skills
Strong oral communication skills and professionalism
Ability to interact well with varied levels of management, clinical and administrative staff in a correctional environment
Knowledge of statistics, data collection, analysis, and data presentation
Skilled in providing behavioral health consultation at both a system and an individual patient level
Ability to travel nationally after pandemic abatement and vaccine distribution make it safe to do so
Must be able to pass background investigation and obtain agency security clearance for site-based consultations and on-site program support
Must be able to work independently, prioritize objectives, and remain flexible under stress, without direct onsite supervision
CCHP, or CCHP-MH preferred
