The Senior Clinical Manager (SCM) functions as aprofessional clinical advisor within the Hill-Rom Acute Care team,communicating the clinical value of Hill-Rom products to customers. The corefocus of the role is to provide clinical expertise that enhances clinical andfinancial outcomes for customers, their caregivers, and patients whileincreasing revenue within the assigned Acute Care territory. This positionrequires flexibility, autonomy and the ability to collaborate with multipleteam members to assure customer satisfaction. TheSCM is responsible for mentoring and training new hires andleadership of special clinical initiatives. Travel to assigned accounts isrequired.

Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the development of Hill-Rom wide programming to enhance clinical outcomes and to derive the full clinical benefit from our people/process and technology

  • Engage customer clinical leaders and executives, advanced practice nurses and researchers in measuring clinical effectiveness and in creating proof points for our solutions and portfolio

  • Lead key customers in the creation of evidence based protocols, case studies, testimonials, peer-reviewed publications and reference site participation

  • Collaborate with the Enterprise Accounts Team to provide strategic clinical program planning for assigned IDN/GPO accounts

Lead or contribute to key field sales clinical and cross functional projects (CI projects, ROI model development, etc.) Present key clinical sales initiatives and projects to leadership team as appropriate

  • Assist with ongoing training and development of sales colleagues

  • Participate in hiring of individual contributor clinical and sales roles (i.e. field ride along with potential candidates)

REQUIRED

  • Bachelor's degree from a 4 year accredited university

  • At least 18 months of acute care hospital experience

  • Healthcare and/or medical device experience

  • Strong strategic and critical thinking skills

  • Highly developed business acumen

  • Excellent formal presentation skills

  • Ability to mentor and develop others

  • Strong collaboration, verbal & written communication skills

  • Computer literate (must demonstrate a basic working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and Word)

  • Demonstrated willingness and ability to drive success of team members within and outside of his/her own territory

  • Adaptable and flexible

  • Variable travel up to 50%

PREFERRED

  • 4 plus years of experience in an ACD/COM/TAM role

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)

  • Master's degree

  • Demonstrated leadership in working through business challenges with functional partners

  • Demonstrated interest and ability to train fellow Hill-Rom team members

  • Active, current Registered Nurse license strongly

  • Management level leadership in nursing experience

Kirkwood Mental Health Services provides a licensed clinical social worker or licensed professional counselor through a contract between Kirkwood School District and BJC Behavioral Health, to serve students pre-K through Grade 12. Role Purpose Responsible for providing case management services to maximize opportunities available to children exhibiting emotional disturbances in the assigned embedded school district(s). Responsibilities Completes timely documentation of services that clearly describe the need for the service, the intervention provided, the relationship to the treatment plan, the provider of the service, the date, the actual time and setting of the service, and the individual's response to the service.Identifies, screens and refers children exhibiting emotional disturbances. Plans and implements appropriate academic and /or educational supports. Coordinates referral of children and families to community service agencies as appropriate for the mental health needs of the child. Consults with school staff and/or parents regarding the social/emotional/behavioral needs of children.Provides resources to school staff and/or parents regarding characteristics, intervention and treatment of disorders.
