Senior Clinical Director

We love investing in you!Responsibilities * Lead the clinical team and oversee assessment, treatment planning, therapy, and transitions. * Supervise two Clinical Directors and the Nurse Manager. * Manage weekly group schedules and facilitate meetings. * Coordinate care across departments to foster teamwork. * Ensure DBT adherence and facilitate training. * Maintain program quality by adhering to best practices and regulatory requirements. * Ensure unwavering program compliance and actively collaborate with staff, admissions, enrollment, and leadership to uphold operational standards and meet regulatory requirements.Qualifications * Master's degree in Behavioral Sciences (MSW, CSW, CMHC, MFT, LPC, or related). * Licensed or eligible for licensure in Utah (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent). * Foundational training in DBT with practical experience. * Knowledge of DSM-V disorders and therapeutic interventions. * Strong skills in communication, planning, and supervision.Preferred Experience:*
