This is a full time, exempt position located at the Ballard Center in Augusta, Maine. Typical schedule is Monday through Friday, day time hours. Occasional off-hours (overnights) and call rotation will be required.

Performs builds and maintenance of clinical order sets, documentation and core application configuration.
Works with key clinical stakeholders to develop solutions to application problems.
Takes part in the support of clinical applications as part of an on-call rotation.
Provides leadership, support and guidance to fellow team members.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
A Bachelor's degree in nursing, informatics, or related field, preferred
Experience supporting and implementing EMR applications
Project management experience
Excellent organizational, teamwork, and communication skills (must be comfortable multitasking and interacting with all levels of the organization, including senior leaders).
A passion for customer service
Critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
Ability to operate and excel in a healthcare environment with many inherent stressors.
