We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our IT Applications team as a Senior Clinical Analyst. If you have a passion for service excellencewe want to hear from you!

This is a full time, exempt position located at the Ballard Center in Augusta, Maine. Typical schedule is Monday through Friday, day time hours. Occasional off-hours (overnights) and call rotation will be required.

Responsibilities:

  • Performs builds and maintenance of clinical order sets, documentation and core application configuration.

  • Works with key clinical stakeholders to develop solutions to application problems.

  • Takes part in the support of clinical applications as part of an on-call rotation.

  • Provides leadership, support and guidance to fellow team members.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in nursing, informatics, or related field, preferred

  • Experience supporting and implementing EMR applications

  • Project management experience

  • Excellent organizational, teamwork, and communication skills (must be comfortable multitasking and interacting with all levels of the organization, including senior leaders).

  • A passion for customer service

  • Critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.

  • Ability to operate and excel in a healthcare environment with many inherent stressors.
