SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE Ability to treat 60 patients per week Bring patients beyond better into a state of overall wellness Guide your team to feel invested in their work and in the practice Meet and exceed your clinic budget through referral generation, increased clinic visits, and appropriate billing practices BENEFITS Development of leadership skills and opportunity for advancement through the clinical leadership career ladder Variety of accredited courses offered inhouse, minimum 40 credits per year Eligible for monthly incentives Local and national organization dues and license renewal fees are on us Fitness incentive, insurance benefits, employee assistance program, paid parental leave, 401k and profit sharing, and PTO package to include employee illness bank (EIB) accrual QUALIFICATIONS Graduate of an APTA or CAPTE approved physical therapy program State Licensure Basic Life Support Certification via the American Heart Association Management experience preferred Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 annually Any posted pay range considers multiple compensation factors, including candidate background, experience and work location, while also allowing for salary growth within the position. This range does not include bonuses.
