The Senior Client Training Specialist's responsibilities include overseeing all aspects of client training for all navi
Health applications as well as the mentoring of Client Training Specialists within his/her team. This includes research and implementation of appropriate adult learning methodologies; input on client training activities, from planning to execution. The Senior Client Training Specialist may have client training responsibilities. The Senior Client Training Specialist helps with the alignment between client trainings and the overall corporate strategy. Ensure processes and procedures are followed for successful client training
Work with other navi
Health teams to continuously improve processes and procedures
Health client outcome team members as well as other teams as appropriate
Attend training logistics calls for all customer implementations and customer projects
Provide on-site support and on-site escalation during training
Participate in the training of new trainers
Other duties as assigned
Skills and Qualifications:
Minimum 8 years of adult training experience of software products with increasing responsibilities.
Previous people and team management and leadership responsibilities desired
Demonstrated ability to guide fellow trainers in refining and improving their skill sets
Maturity and demeanor to establish immediate professional credibility with customers
Demonstrated ability to work effectively with clinical, administrative, and leadership staff within the customer's organization
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks
Demonstrated ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and to problem-solve both technical and human/interpersonal problems
Demonstrated aptitude for working with information systems within a healthcare organization
Demonstrated understanding of computers and use of software applications
Effective writing and communication skills
