Position Summary:

The Senior Client Training Specialist's responsibilities include overseeing all aspects of client training for all navi

Health applications as well as the mentoring of Client Training Specialists within his/her team. This includes research and implementation of appropriate adult learning methodologies; input on client training activities, from planning to execution. The Senior Client Training Specialist may have client training responsibilities. The Senior Client Training Specialist helps with the alignment between client trainings and the overall corporate strategy. The Senior Client Training Specialist may act as the primary vendor contact for vendor partners' client training peers to include communication, training processes and procedures, etc. The Senior Client Training Specialist helps with setting the tone and working behavior of his/her teammates including the navi

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure processes and procedures are followed for successful client training

  • Work with other navi

Health teams to continuously improve processes and procedures

  • Conduct on-site training for all navi

  • Work with other client training teammates to identify, create, and maintain all training materials, including training programs and customer-facing materials for all navi

Health client outcome team members as well as other teams as appropriate

  • Attend training logistics calls for all customer implementations and customer projects

  • Provide on-site support and on-site escalation during training

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 8 years of adult training experience of software products with increasing responsibilities.

  • Previous people and team management and leadership responsibilities desired

  • Demonstrated ability to guide fellow trainers in refining and improving their skill sets

  • Maturity and demeanor to establish immediate professional credibility with customers

  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with clinical, administrative, and leadership staff within the customer's organization

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and to problem-solve both technical and human/interpersonal problems

  • Demonstrated aptitude for working with information systems within a healthcare organization

  • Demonstrated understanding of computers and use of software applications

  • Effective writing and communication skills

Education and Certifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • Travel Requirements (if applicable):

  • Up to 75% travel is possible. Travel is generally not over a weekend; Valid driver's license required.

We are currently seeking a Client Services Management Specialist. The role will initiate and close sales of deposit services in Private Equity. Partner with RMs and other EWB sales professionals in the Treasury Management, Commercial Banking, Private Banking and other segments to acquire, expand and retain targeted client relationships. In addition to working with the Senior Managing Director, Private Equity, to produce and maintain presentations for external use, with prospects, clients, service providers; and for conferences and internal use, for presentations to Senior Management, Credit, and regulators As a valuable East West Bank team member, your duties (not limited to) will include: Responsibilities * Working with Private Equity clients in conjunction with RMs, TMS Consultants, and branch staff to put in place optimal operating account structures * For Deposit accounts related to credit facilities, work with RMs and Loan Operations to arrange the accounts so as to facilitate loan transactions. * Initiating Deposit sales independently, and in conjunction with RMs and Private Equity, through direct prospecting and organized marketing initiatives. * Working with client and BSA/DCI/KYC colleagues to obtain all appropriate documentation to clear private equity firm to open accounts at EWB * Provide first-point-of-contact support for Deposit related and other non-credit matters for PE clients. Act as an expert advisor for the clients. Resolve client requests and/or issues independently * Presentation of Private Equity Metrics * Maintain databases and results tracking as needed to support Private Equity's business to both internal and external constituencies. * Work with the Head of Private Equity to determine the optimal format for presenting complex data/trends for internal meetings or speaking engagements * Create compelling presentations to convey important statistics to Chairman, COO, CFO, General Counsel, CCO, federal and state regulators, etc. * Work with RMs and EWB Marketing to produce appropriate presentations for various audiences of prospects, clients, and service providers * Other projects as assigned by management.
