About You:

We're seeking a motivated and ambitious individual to support our Retail team, focusing on client relationship management, transaction coordination, and marketing content creation. You are exceptionally detail-oriented, skilled in project coordination, and passionate about commercial real estate.

You are self-motivated, proactive, and resourceful, with strong time management skills for multitasking. In this role, you will…

• Assist in managing the transaction process from start to finish, including the preparation of property valuations and investment memoranda, client coordination, market data and research, and management of the due diligence process.

• Partner with the Retail team on various financial modeling and analytical work related to the company's existing pipeline and deal flow.

• Create and format proposals, presentations, correspondence, RFP's using MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Adobe InDesign.

• Coordinate due diligence process among all parties in the transaction process.

• Compile market data (rent comparable analysis, sales comparable analysis, demand drivers, etc.)

• Review real estate documents (financial statements, leases, loan documents, appraisals, etc.) to verify and abstract imperative information.

What you bring

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications Real Estate, Finance or related discipline.

• Valid real estate license in the state of New York

• 5 years of work experience in real state, marketing, finance, capital markets, or related industry.

• Intermediate proficiency with Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop.

• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).

• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, writing, and communication skills with ability to communicate analytical and marketing data effectively.

Approximate Salary Range for this Role: $65,475.00 to $121,500.00

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
