The Senior Client Service Representative is a member of the National Client Support Services team, and is responsible for supporting front office banking relationship managers/teams through processing various administrative support activities.
1.Skillfully execute various deposit and loan account servicing activities, including but not limited to, establishing, maintaining and closing bank accounts, ensuring accurate and complete account and client records, researching partner and client inquiries regarding deposit and loan accounts, and executing money movements requests (i.e. wires, ACH etc.)
2.Develops and maintains working knowledge of documentation required to monitor client relationships
3.Maintains a strong knowledge of the various business applications critical to client and account servicing, including on-line tools, and seeks to expand knowledge of the latest enhancements to Northern Trust partners and clients
4.Well versed in the compliance requirements for new deposit and loan accounts, and reviews compliance reports for adherence to policy and procedures
5.Demonstrate strong attention to detail, as shown by fact that tasks and activities are in good order at time of submission for approval and/or completion
6.Expertly communicate with client facing partners, and fellow NCSS team members, in a professional and consultative manner, acting with thoughtful urgency to complete service request within published timeframes
7.Attend all requested and required training classes, and actively seek opportunities to participate in projects, group activities and appropriate continuing education

The successful candidate will benefit from having
3-5 years' experience in banking and lending industry
Knowledge of banking and lending operations, products and services acquired through related work experience
Strong communication (verbal and written), analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills are required to identify, research and/or resolve requests, as well as to manage conflicting priorities and workflow
Maintain and deepen a strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
