Chubb is currently seeking a Workers Compensation Senior Claim Director for our Northeast Region located in either the New Haven, CT or Basking Ridge, NJ office.
notices, ensure reserve adequacy, control vendors, manage medical, legal and
rehabilitation activity, conduct settlement negotiations, and ensure compliance
with customer service requests including Special Claims Handling procedures as well as compliance with New York State regulations.
Consultants, Telephonic Case Managers as well as Team Supervisors to exceed
customer's expectations for exceptional claims handling service.
Requires 10 years of handling complex workers compensation cases.
Ability to work independently with minimal oversight
Requires extensive knowledge of New York workers compensation statutes,
regulations and compliance. Additional jurisdictional knowledge of New Jersey and New England venues desired but not required.
Ability to work within a diverse team and to openly share knowledge and expertise with peers.

Bachelor's Degree preferred.
Adjuster Licenses CT, RI, NH, VT a plus. If unlicensed, the candidate who is hired will have 6 months from date of hire to obtain the necessary licenses.
AIC, CPCU or ARM designations a plus.
