Job Title: Senior Civil Project Manager Location:
Irvine, CA Salary: $120-150k DOE Requirements: Civil Engineering, Civil Design, Project Manager, Professional Engineer, Land Development, Grading, Erosion Control Award winning, multi-discipline planning, design and engineering firm with over 65 years of serving clients in both the public and private sectors. We maintain divisions that focus on civil engineering, urban design & planning, community planning, landscape architecture, transportation & traffic engineering, surveying, mapping, aerial photogrammetry, water resources, Geographic Information Systems (GIS), and 3D laser scanning.
We are rapidly growing and looking to add a Senior Civil Project Manager in our Irvine office. Position Overview: The Senior Civil Project Manager will be responsible for managing the projects from start to finish, as well as providing technical advice to facilitate successful land development projects.
The Senior Civil Project Manager will supervise and ensure compliance with civil engineering standards and regulations, while managing budgets and timelines. Key Responsibilities: Manage land development projects - start to finish Ensure compliance with civil engineering standards and regulations Oversee project budgets and timelines Provide technical advice and coordinate with other team members to ensure successful land development projects Provide guidance, training and mentorship to engineering staff Ensure accuracy, quality and efficiency of engineering work Monitor project progress and make changes when necessary Communicate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders Qualifications:
Certified Professional Engineer (P.E.) or Registered Landscape Architect (PLA) 10 years Project Management experience within Civil Engineering Familiarity with AutoCAD and Civil 3D software Experience in land development projects Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work well under pressure Previous experience in an office management capacity Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, project management, land development, land use planning, transportation, or public works is required.
