The Senior Channel SE will provide the Code42 partner community with the necessary skills to promote Code42 Incydr to their customer base.
As a member of the Global Sales and Customer Success team, you will align with the Code42 Sales, Channel Account Managers and Enablement to create, update and deliver the partner technical enablement strategy.
You have DNA balanced in three categories: leadership, hard-core tech, and channel partner experience. You are driven, results oriented, and innovative.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
Channel partner enablement support
Contribute to partner enablement activities developed by the channel enablement team
Provide SME functions with curriculum and content build out
Channel account manager support
Support channel account manager partner activities by providing technical architecture, product positioning and demonstrations as needed
Build deep consultative relationships with partner SE/SA and sales team to keep Code42 top of mind
Identify and nurture technology integrations for cross selling opportunities with channel partners
Provide pre-sales support to channel partner SE/SAs
Able to articulate technical solution to all levels of partner business with a specific focus on channel partner SE/SA.
Educate channel partner SE/SAs on product positioning and competitive differentiators
Deliver virtual channel partner SE/SA technical training
Serve as a contact point for channel partner SE/SAs
Code42 Sales Support
Support Code42 and channel partner led activities in conjunction with field SE's
Driving through ambiguity and designing compelling solutions that result in sales and representing the voice of Code42 to the channel partner SE/SA, and the voice of the customer to Code42.
Traveling up to 25% to 50% of time.
WHAT YOU BRING:
Technical Channel SE experience in the cyber security market with preferred focus in data loss and working with assigned partner SE/SAs
Understanding of a channel centric go to market approach
5 years in a customer-facing or channel-facing role, preferably in a pre-sales engineering or consulting capacity with a minimum of 3 years supporting, delivering, or designing enterprise security systems.
Ability to translate technology to solutions that solve business problems to all audiences, ranging from technical to executive-level decision makers with persuasive written, oral and presentation skills.
Strong understanding of security controls, frameworks and practices such as CISSP, CCSP, CISM, and/or CISA preferred.
Strong knowledge around a minimum of (3) of the following:
Endpoint System and Security Management
OS expertise: Windows, Mac and Linux and IT systems skills: systems management, networking and security.
