The Sr. Channel Operations Manager are responsible for working closely with top performing Channel Managers facilitating the sales process through pipeline reporting and process navigation. Manage partner relationships in pre/post-sales environment to ensure success of Nextiva's Partner Program.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist Manager of Sales Operations with team education

  • Answer questions on process and procedures within the Sales Operations department

  • Assist with Sales Operations Manager/Coordinator new hire training (Shadowing)

  • Assist with onboarding new Channel Sales representatives

  • Manage Partner Relationship

  • Provide a single point of contact for partner pre and post sales to their assigned Channel Partners

  • Assist with any partner escalation and direct them towards correct department CM/CAM/IM/IC/ Support as needed. This may include customer facing phone calls to resolve escalation.

  • Proactively reach out to his or her assigned top Partners to conduct Partner reviews

  • Sales Ops Manager could potentially be involved in the recruitment or onboarding of new Partners

  • Provide ongoing training to channel partners on sales portal functionality and creating quotes

  • Educate Partners on Nextiva processes and procedures

  • Educate Channel Managers on any new or updated process within the operation

  • Support sales team with finalizing appropriate sales documentation; quotes, Statements of Work, Purchase Orders, Licenses & Software authorizations

  • Coordinate, write and drive the completion of RFPs in partnership with Sales by engaging key corporate departments while maintaining and improving an RFP repository and best practices processes

  • Maintain SFDC with key artifacts during the sales cycle

  • Ensure sales team alignment to sales processes, policies and procedures

  • Work closely with Service, Sales Engineering, Enterprise Sales Architects, Product Marketing, Marketing and other Nextiva functional areas to support the sales team's success

  • Partner with sales Directors and Managers to ensure new initiatives align with current capabilities

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) or 4 years of Telecom/Technology experience

  • Ability to coach Channel Operations Mangers on processes, procedures, and partner engagement

  • Ability to review Channel Operations work product and provide mentorship and feedback

  • Flexible in schedule to meet business needs

  • Ability to execute in fast-paced environment on a high performing team.

  • Travel may be required up to 40%

  • Partner with Channel Partners 45%

  • Partner with Channel Managers 40%

  • Partner with internal organization 10%

  • Partner with Customers 5%

A successful person is someone who is able to get to the lowest level of detail and act with ownership to drive results.</p><h3><br></h3><h3>RESPONSIBILITIES</h3><ul> <li> <strong>Business Operations</strong><ul> <li>Be a thought leader and go-to expert on data infrastructure, CRM, and sales tools. Drive operational efficiency by automating and improving processes, tools, and dashboards that scale.</li> <li>Spearhead the project plans for key sales initiatives with Sales leadership, working closely with Salesforce development and our operations analyst to execute on the vision. </li> <li>Lead sales planning and forecasting processes (operational forecast, long-range modeling, quota, and capacity setting, sales territories).</li> <li>Dive into the data to drive improvements in sales team productivity by defining best practices and streamline operations so managers can focus on coaching. </li> <li>Optimize lead lists to help the sales team target the most valuable accounts on their lists and identify accounts most likely to close. </li> </ul> </li> <li> <strong>Marketing Operations</strong><ul> <li>Own the intake of data from marketing sources and ensure leads are attributed to the correct source prior to distribution to the sales team.</li> <li>Partner with Marketing leadership to create, maintain and monitor various lists that originate from Salesforce data.</li> <li>Ensure that integrations between various lead sources and Salesforce are working correctly and leads are properly flowing into the CRM</li> <li>Ensure that leads are followed up with by the sales team in a timely manner.
