The Channel Senior Manager SaaS is responsible for driving and executing on Avaya's "go-to-market" strategy with assigned partners who are selling Avaya's SaaS technologies (UCaaS, CCaaS and CPaaS). This role will support Avaya Value Added Resellers (VAR's) and Agent Partners (work with a Master Agent) and requires knowledge and experience in working within a 2-Tier distribution environment, preferably for a UCaaS or CCaaS manufacturer. Primary responsibility includes driving sales-out revenue and exceeding established revenue targets as well as stated marketing goals & objectives.
This individual will report to the U.S. Director of Field and Channel Marketing.

Manage day to day business issues with SaaS led partners.
Built and maintain relationships with key VAR and agent executives, sales teams and primary contact.
Assist in quarterly marketing plan development and implementation, including activities and budget with partners.
Monitor pricing, special promotions, price adjustments, rebates, field discounts, price protection and competitive offerings.
Provide service and support to partners and agents to enable them to become sufficient in pricing and quoting Avaya solutions.
Manage partner and agent certifications, reseller levels, requirements and status
Coordinate support efforts with inside sales, external sales and technical groups within VAR's and agents.
Develop strategic business plans, creative marketing programs and effective sales tools to increase revenue, market share, and mind share with Partners and Agents.
7-10 years of strong working knowledge/experience in voice and/or IT networking systems and technologies, such as knowledge of Service as a Solution (SaaS) technologies including switches, PBX s, PC s, servers, LAN, WAN and traditional voice capabilities
Demonstrated success in supporting/building VAR and Agent relationships
Self-motivated to deliver results with minimal supervision, while being a team player
Strategic thinker, but detail oriented
Exceptional communication and presentation skills
Excellent phone presence, high degree of professional acumen
Fun loving, positive attitude excellent interpersonal skills
Experience in working closely with sales, marketing, client services, development, executive management and product management to meet the needs of the business
Successful history of achieving stretch goals and objectives

Bachelor degree or equivalent experience
COMPENSATION - SECTION PERTAINS TO COLORADO APPLICANTS ONLY
