Seeking a fulltime sales manager for a leading not-for-profit senior living center.
You will serve as the connecting source for prospects and their families, helping seniors find the best option for their residential and individual needs. You will provide direction and support to sales team in achieving and exceeding occupancy goals.
- Bachelors degree and mid level experience
- Five or more years proven sales experience in the senior living industry
- Results-driven, with the ability to follow established strategic direction, generate sales, and to contribute to our long-term growth.
- Ability to uncover opportunities within existing and new markets while maintaining an understanding of how these opportunities fit into established strategic direction.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English in person and over the telephone and the ability to listen attentively with appropriate hearing acuity.
- Computer skills including MS Office, and CRM/Contact management systems, i.e. SHERPA.
- Excellent negotiation, organizational and time management skills.
Ability to occasionally travel is highly desired.
