Performs custodial duties for the Older Americans building.
Education and Experience:
Graduation from high school or GED equivalent, prefer one year experience in custodial work or related field.
Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:
Working knowledge of janitorial equipment, materials and supplies used in buildings.
Ability to work independently and to complete daily activities according to work schedule.
Ability to effectively communicate orally and in writing.
Ability to understand, follow and transmit written and oral instructions.
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with Older Americans staff, Parks, Recreation, & Community Affairs personnel and general public.
LICENSING AND CERTIFICATIONS
Valid state issued driver's license.
Ability to obtain Building and Maintenance Care training.
