What you will be doing:

  • Joining a dynamic and fast forward sales team
  • Pursuing all prospective sales opportunities with tactical sales plans and strategy
  • Understanding and managing all aspects of the venue sales process
  • Meeting revenue sales goals
  • Planning and detailing of sales process
  • Oversight of entire function
  • Keeping updated with current sales trends within market
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Representing themselves with the highest level of integrity and professionalism
  • Working in an office and venue environment that is very fast paced
  • Multitasking and completing tasks in a timely and accurate manner
  • Executing all catering events successfully

Experience you will need:

  • Minimum of five years luxury upscale hotel/catering sales management
  • Experience in wedding, social and corporate banquet business
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Creativity and detail orientation
  • Experience working with self-motivated and energetic F&B team
  • Passion about food and beverage
  • Extraordinary networking and client relation skills
  • Strong knowledge of local catering market (wedding, social and corporate) and client base
  • Ability to multitask and complete tasks in a timely and accurate manner
  • Delphi software experience
  • Expertise with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends based on business needs
  • Sense of urgency with planning and execution
  • Superior knowledge of food, beverage and service etiquette
