Position Description

Responsibilities include:

• Preparing plans for the purchase of equipment, services, and supplies.

• Following and enforcing the company's procurement policies and procedures.

• Reviewing, comparing, analyzing, and approving products and services to be purchased.

• Maintaining and updating supplier information such as qualifications, delivery times, product ranges, etc.

• Maintaining good supplier relations and negotiating contracts.

• Researching and evaluating prospective suppliers.

• Preparing budgets, cost analyses, and reports.

• Drive the Procurement Value Proposition concept that optimizes the end to end business requirements for quality, service, and costs.

• Responsible for the initiation, formulation, establishment, and negotiation of frame contracts and securing utilization and adherence to these contracts

• Continues procurement process optimization within the agreed field of activities

Position Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business management or operations management, finance, or related field.

• Possess at least 3 years of proven experience in procurement, purchasing, strategic sourcing, project management or supply chain.

• Strong written, verbal, and analytical skills and interpersonal and presentation skills

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, support requests from, and cooperate directly across all levels of the organization.

• Ability to influence other members of the organization to help achieve goals and increase performance;

• Ability to build relationships and partnerships within the organization;

• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities.
