Job Title: Senior Cash Analyst

Department: Finance

Location: Littleton, CO


The Senior Cash Analyst role is an integral part of the Finance team and will be responsible for all Treasury management activities including optimizing operational cash flow and forecasting liquidity. This position will be responsible for managing cash daily, analyzing and reporting key trends in order to help the organization deliver on its near and long term goals. This position will partner across CPI's business units to collect information and help manage cash across the organization.

The successful candidate is a self-motivator with a strong attention to detail and accuracy. They should have an extensive knowledge of treasury management practices along with strong analytical and communication skills. They will enjoy taking on ad-hoc projects, new challenges, and show a strong dedication to achieving project deliverables within tight timelines.


Open to various levels of experience will be determined on a case-by-case basis

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting

  • 5-8 years of experience in Treasury, Finance, or Accounting with prior cash management experience required

  • Professional designation (i.e. Certified Treasury Professional), preferred

  • In-depth knowledge of financial statements and financial statement analysis, including an ability to analyze cash flow and the impact to the financial statements

  • Effective oral and written communication skills including the ability to summarize complex information in a concise and simplified manner

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use technology to gather data

  • Strong team mentality with a focus on delivering a quality work product

  • Ability to think critically and problem solve

  • Drive to grow and take on opportunities for advancement within the organization

  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; financial reporting system experience a plus


  • Manage daily cash reporting; analyze short-term and long-term cash trends and evaluate liquidity needs

  • Direct treasury management activities including daily cash administration and management of all bank accounts across multiple sites

  • Review and drive improvements in liquidity management, ensuring financial obligations are met

  • Timely reconciliation of cash receipts/disbursements; monitor transactions and investigate unusual items

  • Oversee all bank account administrative requirements

  • Prepare variance analysis comparing actual results to budget and forecast

  • Evaluate process improvements and analyze proposed operational changes, to provide guidance and potential impact to the organization

  • Manage ad-hoc requests, as required
