Hiring for an experienced, multi-skilled Senior Carpenter/Craftsman

We are looking for someone interested in being a mentor as well as independent contributor. For the right candidate, this role can eventually progress into a Field Supervisor or even a GM role.

Requirements

As a Master Craftsman, what's most important to us is a strong work ethic, a professional appearance and demeanor, and a good overall knowledge of all trades—from Carpentry, Tiling, Painting, and Drywalling to light Plumbing and Electrical.

Specific qualifications for the role include:

• 10+ years of remodeling, handyman, or residential construction experience
• Ability to perform carpentry, tiling, drywall work, light plumbing & electrical, and door/window installation
• Previous experience being a mentor and leader to less experienced Craftsmen
• Must live within 10 miles of Elgin, IL
• Own set of standard hand and power tools
• Comfortable with a pre-employment background check
