The Senior Capability Program Manager will partner with the Capability Management teams to develop and deploy our Agent Engagement Layer and Knowledge Management systems across the enterprise.
Identify project/deployment durations, effort, sequence and dependencies required to meet applicable project objectives
Lead or contribute to the development of program or project scope statements, in consultation with applicable stakeholders (e.g. program/project charter, Statement of Work, Business Vision Document, Deployment strategy and timeline)
Drive/participate in the capital request process, as appropriate (e.g. presentations, cost-benefit analysis, business case) using Agile Funding methodologies
Monitor and document project milestones and outcomes throughout the project lifecycle to ensure adherence to established quality standards
Develop, communicate and implement program and project risk, issue management plans and strategies
May lead functional or segment teams or projects and serve as a leader/ mentor by reviewing work performed by others and provide recommendation for improvement.
Collect, analyze and maintain financial forecast information (e.g., labor, hardware, software), using input from applicable sources (e.g., resource managers, project managers, application planners, system architects)
Establish/apply quality objectives, criteria, standards and levels using appropriate quality management methods, with input from applicable stakeholders (e.g., key performance indicators, scope definition)
Performs complex conceptual analyses
Reviews work performed by others and provides recommendations for improvement
Forecasts and plans resource requirements
Develop, document and implement project communication plans
Ability to engage functional partners (Workforce Management, Technology, Facilities, Call Center Operations, Training, Reporting Product, Quality, Legal, Regulatory, etc.) to effectively deliver on each deployment
Leader/Project Manager will determine time frames, funding needs, procedures for accomplishing project, staffing requirements, allotment of resources to various phases of projects and lead others in the organization to make meaningful process improvements
Investigate non-standard requests and problems, makes presentations to senior leadership, ensure project documentation is accurate and ensure projects are completed on time and within scope
This is a challenging role that relies on your ability to effectively lead deployment teams and build relationships with stakeholders. Your ability to use various methodologies and tools to collaborate in a cross-matrix environment will drive long term success keeping the team on track within the project scope and timeline.
Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience
5 years of project management experience using data and information to make business decisions
2 years of previous experience in an cross matrixed enterprise environment
Previous experience leading and/or coaching a team
Experience working with Agile development methodology
Proficiency with MS Project, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint and SharePoint
Operations and/or Call Center experience
Knowledge Management system experience
System integration experience
Healthcare Industry experience
Strong executive communication and presentation skills with demonstrated ability to communicate ideas clearly and concisely
Excellent time management, organizational, and prioritization skills and ability to balance multiple priorities
Anticipates customer needs and proactively develops solutions to meet them.
Ability to gain acceptance for ideas, plans, timelines, actions and then implement across organizational boundaries
