We are looking for a Senior Campaign Manager to be the driving force behind the managed campaigns at Influencer.Key Responsibilities:

  • Responding to client briefs obtained by the Sales team
  • Writing/presenting proposals
  • Attending client/agency meetings
  • Delivering the campaign and monitoring campaign performance from start to finish
  • Writing/presenting campaign reports


  • 3-5+ years experience in either a digital, media or account manager role, preferably at a creative agency, ad-tech company or startup.
  • The ability to build strong, long-standing relationships with clients within the tech world.
  • Confidence in client pitches and presentations.
  • A strong understanding of what we do at Influencer and what we aim to achieve.
  • Good understanding of Influencer Marketing (e.g Micro Influencer/Macro Influencer)
  • Good understanding of performance metrics (Impressions/Reach/Engagements)
  • The ability to understand each customers requirements and to create personal solutions.
  • A passion for social media.
  • A strong knowledge of the social media and marketing landscapes, and an interest in the future of the industry.
  • Superior verbal and written communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to operate in a highly ambiguous and fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience selling direct to agencies

OVERVIEW: The Senior Campaign Manager is primarily responsible for the end-to-end management of all campaigns across Finecast. You will support the Client Services and Engagement teams to fulfil agency KPI's. You will also be coordinating with the more senior members of the team to ensure Finecast has the correct supply volumes to deliver out campaigns considering targeting, margin and quality. You will be responsible for evolving skills, services and capabilities of the team, ensuring best in class services. YOUR IMPACT: The key areas of responsibility for the role are as follows: Campaign Management * Responsible for the quality of the campaigns working within team SLA's * Work closely with Client Services on the support of targeting recommendation process for client briefs and forecasting * Creation and management of campaigns * Monitoring pacing and performance of campaigns * Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple clients, tasks and responsibilities concurrently Reporting and Analytics * Make recommendations and optimizations to ensure goals are met * Discrepancy investigation and resolution * Good understanding of margin, monetization and the billing process * Strong analytical thinking and the ability to clearly communicate findings and solutions, both written and verbal. Supply * Key stakeholder within the team on managing margin as well as delivery * Identifying and implementing processes and systems to optimise our supply / demand planning requirements * Driving accountability and service levels with internal supply team and external supply partners. * Ensuring we have an open, collaborative relationship across teams with common objectives and clear KPIs for success Team * Work with manager to meet goals of the Operations Team and fulfil the team strategy * Creation and implementation across the team of any new processes and procedures * Management and development of junior members of the team.
