Senior C++ Software Engineer

We're seeking an experienced Senior C++ Software Engineer to join our innovative team in Fort Worth, TX. In this role, you'll develop high-performance, real-time software solutions, processing up to one terabyte of data per hour. You'll work with cutting-edge technologies and have the opportunity to contribute to open-source projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and design robust software solutions collaboratively
• Develop, test, and review code using C++ v20
• Work with Elixir, Kafka, and Kubernetes in a Linux environment
• Implement and optimize low-latency, high-throughput systems
• Deploy, monitor, and maintain software solutions
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to team growth

Requirements

• 4-12 years of senior-level software development experience
• Proficiency in Modern C++ (v14 or higher)
• Strong understanding of OO design and development principles
• Experience with Linux development environments
• Familiarity with Boost and STL libraries
• Proven track record in performance optimization
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with low-latency systems
• Knowledge of functional programming (Elixir, Scala, or Erlang)
• Agile methodology expertise
