This role is core to the effectiveness of the talent acquisition organization. In this role you will utilize various data sources and business intelligence tools to establish and monitor metrics, identify trends leading to improvement opportunities within the HR and Recruitment space.

What you will do in this role:
Creating, validating, and automating reports for HRLT and other HRG partners
Performing deep dives on data trends for HRLT analysis
Auditing/monitoring the general ledger for recruitment cost centers
Forecasting and other analytical functions.
Generating ad hoc reports
Use in-depth knowledge and experienced to assist the AVP in monitoring, analyzing, and improving established metrics to assess overall recruitment performance.
Audit and identify improvement opportunities (proactive and reactive) and work with stake holders to implement
Analyze and synthesize business requirements, including recognizing patterns and conceptualizing processes
Run detailed metric analysis Recruitment reports for the HR leadership team and present findings to business leaders as requested.
Develop reporting needs to accommodate business deep dives into issues affecting operators
Use technical interpretation to understand customer data needs to provide appropriate insight on underlying business needs
Assist with and establish budget directives.
Complex query writing and scripting
What qualification you will need:
Bachelor Degree is required
5 years' experience in a data/business analytics role
Strong SQL skills
Advanced Excel experience preferred
General understanding of basic accounting principles preferred
