This role is core to the effectiveness of the talent acquisition organization. In this role you will utilize various data sources and business intelligence tools to establish and monitor metrics, identify trends leading to improvement opportunities within the HR and Recruitment space.

What you will do in this role:

  • Creating, validating, and automating reports for HRLT and other HRG partners

  • Performing deep dives on data trends for HRLT analysis

  • Auditing/monitoring the general ledger for recruitment cost centers

  • Forecasting and other analytical functions.

  • Generating ad hoc reports

  • Use in-depth knowledge and experienced to assist the AVP in monitoring, analyzing, and improving established metrics to assess overall recruitment performance.

  • Audit and identify improvement opportunities (proactive and reactive) and work with stake holders to implement

  • Analyze and synthesize business requirements, including recognizing patterns and conceptualizing processes

  • Run detailed metric analysis Recruitment reports for the HR leadership team and present findings to business leaders as requested.

  • Develop reporting needs to accommodate business deep dives into issues affecting operators

  • Use technical interpretation to understand customer data needs to provide appropriate insight on underlying business needs

  • Assist with and establish budget directives.

  • Complex query writing and scripting


What qualification you will need:

  • Bachelor Degree is required

  • 5 years' experience in a data/business analytics role

  • Strong SQL skills

  • Advanced Excel experience preferred

  • General understanding of basic accounting principles preferred

  • Proficiency in a scripting language (Python, Ruby, JavaScript, Visual Basic, etc) preferred

This role will be involved in the development of a variety of analyses, including data mining and report development. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following: * Responsible for collaborating with other Data Governance, Analytics and Reporting colleagues, to develop, test and modify reports, spreadsheets and dashboards as assigned. * Ensures that all projects are proceeding according to timelines, meeting targets and expectations, and adhering to established operating parameters. * Responsible for sourcing data from multiple systems for the purposes of reporting. This includes working with other key stakeholders to develop data extraction methodologies, development of macros, and other programming functions as necessary. * Responsible for the preparation and delivery of standardized monthly, quarterly and annual reports, including operational stats for multiple facilities. * Recognizes system deficiencies and recommends effective solutions. * Suggests alternative technical solutions to meet customer requirements more efficiently. * Solicits and supports input from team members at all levels within the organization. * Seeks and capitalizes upon opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships. * Recognizes areas for internal improvement and develops plans for implementation. Monitor data integrity to insure reporting accuracy. * Responsible for ensuring data accuracy and integrity through defined validation methodologies. * Interact and communicate with technical, clinical and operations personnel, consistently exhibiting behavior and communication skills that demonstrate commitment to superior customer service, including quality, care and concern with internal and external contacts as a professional representative of Community Health Systems. * Must exhibit keen attention to detail and accuracy in all work products. * All other duties as assigned Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
