Job Summary

Job Profile Summary

The Application Identity Management (AIM) team is responsible for the provisioning, de-provisioning and auditing of user access working under the guidelines, policies and standards established by the Information Security Office. AIM handles the documentation of business processes, training procedures and standard operating procedures. AIM performs periodic onboarding's of new applications providing project status/updates to stakeholders, project teams, etc. while ensuring system design and business processes meet compliance standards.

Essential Functions

  • Maintain system security by adding, deleting, and modifying user security access

  • Technical and implementation focus is on providing standard and customized applications to resolve business issues with security access

  • Participates in evaluation and selection of new technology

  • Identifies business system requirements and related business/application solutions over a complete business process

  • Develops new customizations with design, documentation, testing and training

  • Conducts business process evaluations to gain technical knowledge of business requirements

  • Analyzes and designs access rules for business systems

  • Analyzes segregation of duties and applies principle of least privilege in security role design

  • Analyzes data files to identify SOD conflicts and policy/standard violations for the purpose of user account cleanup

  • Participate in audit related activities working with internal and external audit teams

  • Work closely with and in conjunction with offshore team resources as needed

  • Documents new processes and maintain existing process documentation making changes as needed

  • Strong written and oral communication skills in order to define business and technical parameters and lead team to meet business requirements

  • Excellent organizational and project management skills

  • Considers the business implications of the application of technology to the current business environment

  • Solid working knowledge of standard features and functions of multiple applications/modules to field, analyze and resolve customer issues/problems

  • Identifies problems, researches alternatives, prepares presentations, drives solutions, tests to confirm, gains consensus, and implements solutions for multiple applications within multiple functions

  • Ability to work independently

  • Ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization

  • Prior experience working with Internal and External audit resources

  • Strong data analysis and reporting skills

  • Advanced MS Office Suite skill set with emphasis on Excel

  • Advanced SQL query knowledge a plus

JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for analyzing client requirements and determining appropriate technical solutions for the Data Services IT Group. Works as a liaison among stakeholders to elicit, analyze, communicate, validate and document requirements for changes to business processes, business reporting and information systems. Analyzes documents and data feeds to facilitate requirements; proposes and validates the results of the development to the documented business requirements. 5. Supports and monitors IT ETL processes to ensure operational effectiveness and audit compliance. 6. Conducts detailed systems analysis; defines objectives, documents current systems, gathers information on future requirements, prepares systems design and specifications, and defines security requirements. 7. Determines operational objectives by studying partnering business unit functions; gathers information, evaluates output, and specifies requirements and formats. 8. Reviews documentation with business unit stakeholders, clarifies any questions or issues, and presents to the stakeholders for approval and implementation. 9. Creates and maintains documentation of processes, reports, applications, and procedures as per department policy. 10.
