The Senior Business Systems Analyst will manage the technical business analysis process and procedures for the Individual IT Channel. This includes working closely with the Technical Compliance, ISO, Service Delivery & Performance Oversight (SPDM), AGT, Procurement, and Budgeting Teams. Implement system solutions or improved processes that will increase efficiency and overall productivity of the Individual Channel teams with regards to Compliance, Security, and Infrastructure. Recommend changes in procedures. Create and generate dashboard-type tracking tool to give management visibility into current statuses.Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead the effort in obtaining and tracking updated requirements from all areas listed above.

  • Use JIRA or other tool to create tracking mechanism for compliance status.

  • Represent the Individual Channel in various meetings and committees as needed, including CMDB, CAB, AGT Upgrade projects, One JIRA, etc.

  • Provide leadership and direction to Individual Channel Technical Teams pertaining to upcoming system changes, new tools, infrastructure requirements, and compliance regulations by providing

  • Act as Technical Liaison with the Service Delivery and Performance Oversight team supporting TCS applications.

  • Provide guidance, requirements and prioritization for Technical teams pertaining to incoming compliance, regulatory, and infrastructure Work Requests. Work as liaison between technical staff members and other teams to determine best possible solutions and communicate business and system impacts.

  • Track ancillary applications assigned to the Individual channel for support and compliance.

  • Update the TA Master list/Change Management Data Base for all Individual applications.

  • Validate software budgets/invoices for applications assigned to Individual channel.

  • Support the Entitlement Review process for all TCS applications.

  • Assist with documentation preparation for Architecture Review Board.

  • Provide assistance on vendor analysis, selection and review when necessary.

  • Drive change by presenting solutions that resolve inefficiencies in methodology and process to all levels of management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in IT or a business area discipline (i.e. accounting, investments, or marketing) or equivalent education/experience.

  • Minimum of 6 or more years of experience in business systems analysis.

  • Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail.

  • Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.

  • Working knowledge of systems methodology.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2-4 years of Development experience preferred

  • 2-4 years of industry experience also preferred.

  • Basic knowledge of insurance company operations.

Working Conditions

  • Proficient personal computer skills including mainframes, PC's and networks

The successful candidate will have deep knowledge of Avionics and Mission Systems manufacturing processes and tools. This position resolves issues that SAP super users in manufacturing bring to them. In addition, the individual will support, as part of a cross functional team, site SAP tool suite integration projects in the strategic business units (Interior Systems, Mission Systems and Avionics). Strong communication skills are required and the ability to travel both domestically and internationally. Job Responsibilities: * Provide expertise in identifying, evaluating and developing solutions that are cost effective and meet user requirements for manufacturing. * Understands day-to-day Manufacturing Operations. * Assists with enterprise systems design, ensuring alignment with solutions and technology road-maps. * Translates business needs into technical requirements having system-wide responsibility. * Defines, tests, trains, implements, and supports Master Data & Factory Solutions products * Performs business analysis of systems and follows through the full development life cycle. * Coordinates, implements, and communicates system change requirements. * May solve highly technical complex problems and be called on to consult for other projects.
