Key Responsibilities:

• This role belongs to the Microsoft Center of Excellence team at Client and the person in this role will assist with both capital and O&M projects related to Generative AI/ChatGPT initiatives as a Business Systems Analyst.

• This includes collecting and documenting requirements, writing functional development specs, writing and running thorough test plans, and helping with implementations.

• Work with business teams to collect the requirements for chosen processes.

• Write Requirements Documentation that records the detailed requirements.

• Take part in the solution design and clear up any questions on requirements.

• Liaise between the business stakeholders and developers.

• Work with the developers and offer help needed for testing the automation solutions.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Skills; ("GENERATIVE AI" OR OPENAI OR "OPEN AI" OR CHATGPT OR "CHAT GPT") AND ("MOBILE" OR "WEB" OR .NET OR ASP OR MVC OR WPF OR WCF OR AZURE OR "POWER PLATFORM") AND ("BUSINESS SYSTEMS ANALYST" OR "BUSINESS ANALYST" OR "SYSTEMS ANALYST" OR "SYSTEM ANALYST"), IN (VA-US) , TITLES= ("BUSINESS SYSTEMS ANALYST" OR "BUSINESS ANALYST" OR "SYSTEMS ANALYST" OR "SYSTEM ANALYST" OR ANALYST

• 5+ years' experience as a business or functional analyst

• 5+ years' experience creating process maps, collecting business requirements with a strong focus on application testing.

• Experience in writing and running test scripts and writing technical specifications for developers.

• Proven ability to work independently, or as the backup BSA, on capital projects and O&M activities for multiple client areas.

• Experience working in and/or leading teams of people with different disciplines. Includes working with clients to collect requirements, develop technical specifications, configuration, and unit/regression testing, and performing change management activities.

• Ability to provide second and third level support for inquiries sent to the IT Help Line; use Quality Center for documenting and tracking work requests.

• Data analysis skills and experience troubleshooting application functions or database results

• Strong written and oral communication skills.

• Working experience with the following technologies: Mobile & Web .Net technologies, Power Platforms, ChatGPT, Azure OpenAI Services.

• Education (preferred): Bachelor's degree or other education in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Systems, or equivalent technical experience.
