What We Need:
An exceptional opportunity for a highly skilled and experienced Tier 1 / Tier 2 Banking professional to join Temenos USA, one of the world's leading, banking software solutions providers. Our Senior Business Solutions Consultant is an integral member of our North Americas' Sales team responsible for business development throughout North America.
What You'll Do:
Provide Banking, Product, and Solution Blueprints expertise to clients
Perform system demonstrations to prospective customers from C-Level through to End-Users
Partner with a large team supporting the overall Sales team in driving revenue by helping to qualify accounts
Lead various opportunities from a pre-sales perspective by managing solution needs from beginning to end state of any opportunity
Respond to requests for information (RFIs) and requests for proposals (RFPs)
Prepare and deliver solution-based product presentations and demonstrations
Execute customer proof of concept (POC) workshops
Lead transition of information/opportunity to other key stakeholders within the organization to maintain synergy and continuity
All other duties as assigned
Desired Skills and Experience
At least 10 years' experience in the Banking Industry / Banking Software
Extensive Industry knowledge and experience, especially related to Tier 1 and 2 Financial Institution business and transformation initiatives
Experience in at least two of the following domains: Global/International Banking, Retail, Small Business or Commercial Deposits - including corporate Cash Management, Retail, Small Business or Commercial Lending - including syndication, participation and specialty lending, International DDA, International Treasury / Capital Markets, Corporate Treasury, or Functional experience in at least one of the following: Front Office, Middle Office or Back Office functions, Product Management, Business Analyst (Banking SME), System implementations of Front Office/Back Office Systems.
Bachelor's Degree in a related field is a plus

Consultative selling skills with the ability to present to an audience from C-Level to End User

Ability to gain respect and influence as a Trusted Advisor.
Execute system presentations clearly articulating the value.
Flexibility with the ability and willingness to travel (up to 50% travel)
