The Senior Business Process Associate will assist with the standardization and optimization of various business processes across INWK's client verticals.
Conduct due diligence of existing accounts and their current workflow and processes and recommend future state processes that align with corporate strategy
Identify inefficiencies and opportunities to streamline business processes and procedures keeping cross functional department policies in mind
Collaborate with finance and IT to develop standard operating procedures and policies
Support account teams by offering training and production support during optimization efforts
Partner with the Business Analyst team to perform account health checks through reporting analysis and lead improvement initiatives based on said analysis
Track, measure, and report back to the management team on ROI of improvements implemented
Support net new client implementation by being an SME in operational processes surrounding a specific vertical (Direct Mail, Buy Window Ordering, Signage/installation, regulatory materials)
Travel to and work on-site in various client locations during ramp up of Enterprise clients
5+ years of experience in a professional business environment, project management experience preferred
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Supply Chain or a related field
Print industry experience is a plus
Experience creating new workflows and/or procedures
Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to effectively interact with varying audiences and levels
Highly proficient with MS Office software, (Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint)

Experience excelling within fast paced, high energy environments
