As the Business Transformation (BT) Lead/Business Process Reengineering (BPR)/Continuous Process Improvement (CPI) Six Sigma Black Belt (BB), you will support the Department of the Navy (DON) Process Improvement Office (PIO) in this KEY Lead position.
This KEY position/Lead role supports Business Transformation (BT) Workstream with project design, execution, and sustainment in support of internal (e.g., stakeholder alignment and engagement, process improvement trainings) and external facing projects (e.g., improving the throughput of operational processes). This role will also require a problem-solving mindset - constantly seeking opportunities to improve how the client does business and engages with stakeholders. There will be opportunities for growth and expansion as this client is eager to expand the brand of this office and ultimately, improve operational outcomes across the Department of the Navy - you are joining a world-class, consultative, and high performing team dedicated to our Nation's warfighters.
ACTIVE SECRET SECURITY CLEARANCE IS REQUIRED TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS POSITION.
You must live in the national capital region (NCR) and be available to commit to work onsite at the Pentagon two (2) days per week; three (3) days per week are remote work.
