Senior Business Process Analyst

Concept Plus is seeking a Senior Business Process Analyst to support corporate organizational process improvement. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of analyzing, redesigning, and automating business processes to achieve measurable improvements in productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction.

The Senior Business Process Analyst will play a key role in supporting our organization in:

• Analyzing and continuously improving processes and operations of internal departments and service delivery project teams.

• Maintaining our Integrated Management System (IMS), ensuring alignment and compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 20000-1, ISO 27001.

• Advancing the maturity of our service delivery organizational methodologies through the continuous refinement of processes, incorporating Agile principles and best practices, while maintaining our CMMI Level 3 certification.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Maintain and continually improve compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 20000-1, ISO 27001, and CMMI Level 3 standards and certifications.

• Drive continuous improvement of organizational SDLC and project delivery processes within Service Delivery, ensuring ongoing alignment with and adherence to CMMI Level 3 practices.

• Collaborate with cross-functional operations teams to analyze current business processes to drive continuous improvement initiatives.

• Support the implementation of streamlined processes that leverage technology to reduce manual effort, increase accuracy, and enhance overall effectiveness.

• Develop and maintain process documentation, training materials, and performance metrics.

• Monitor project and operational performance, report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to process quality and effectiveness, support internal audits and assessment, and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.

• Develop and deliver training on organizational quality standards, processes and best practices.

• Lead and manage activities related to preparing and coordinating external ISO/CMMI audits and appraisals.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst within IT or business operations.

• Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies, particularly Agile, and their impact on quality and efficiency.

• Proven experience as a Business Process Analyst or similar role, with a strong focus on quality and process improvement.

• Demonstrated experience with process mapping, analysis, and documentation.

• Proficiency in process modeling tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart).

• Familiarity with the practical application of ISO 9001, ISO 20000-1, ISO 27001, and CMMI standards within a business environment.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Demonstrated expertise in developing processes and procedures aligned with recognized quality and management frameworks like ISO, ITIL, and CMMI, driving measurable improvements in organizational performance.

• Experience with Atlassian Jira/Confluence/Bitbucket, Google Workspace Suite.
