Senior Business Operations Manager

NICE is looking for a great Operations Manager to be part of the Customer Operations Office to lead business processes improvement through business analysis and data insights.

Senior Business Operations Manager responsibilities:

• Partner with Global Customer Operations leaders, working with post sales customer facing units

• Lead the monitoring and continuous improvement of strategy execution - analyzing business performance, generating insights, defining action-plans

• Responsible for monthly and quarterly business reports and analysis drive for ongoing KPIs improvements

• Responsible for GCO business data accuracy and integrity

• Contributes to continuous improvement of business operation processes - working cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders within NICE

• Business processed design and improvement, from discovery till implementation

• Run business process audits following with process improvement recommendations and execution

• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills

• Excellent communication and coalition building skills with an ability to balance, negotiate, and work with a variety of internal stakeholders

• 2-3 years of experience from top management consultancy firm or from high-growth company is a must
