Senior Business Operations Manager
NICE is looking for a great Operations Manager to be part of the Customer Operations Office to lead business processes improvement through business analysis and data insights.

Senior Business Operations Manager responsibilities:
Partner with Global Customer Operations leaders, working with post sales customer facing units
Lead the monitoring and continuous improvement of strategy execution - analyzing business performance, generating insights, defining action-plans
Responsible for monthly and quarterly business reports and analysis drive for ongoing KPIs improvements
Responsible for GCO business data accuracy and integrity
Contributes to continuous improvement of business operation processes - working cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders within NICE
Business processed design and improvement, from discovery till implementation
Run business process audits following with process improvement recommendations and execution
Job requirements:

Outstanding analytical thinking
Team player and strong interpersonal skills
Excellent communication skills in English
Self-motivated
Quick learner
Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
Excellent communication and coalition building skills with an ability to balance, negotiate, and work with a variety of internal stakeholders
2-3 years of experience from top management consultancy firm or from high-growth company is a must
