Responsibilities

  • Conducts independent analysis of new customer quotes and makes recommendations for the renewal of existing contracts

  • Completes independent reporting of KPI and non-financial metrics with report creation

  • Monitors the pricing approval queue and signs orders that met compliance standards

  • Consolidates data to predict key business metrics

  • Solves problems in complex situations; analyzes possible solutions using own experience and that of the group

  • Develops an understanding of current account metrics and how they relate to business tactics

  • Assesses sales new deals and renewals independently to ensure that they align with company strategy

  • Assists regional P&L leaders to address business questions to drive consistency and efficiency

  • Works closely with sales and P&L leaders to understand current pricing trends and buying behaviors

  • Analyzes churn or customer retention outcomes for customer renewals based on relevant inputs such as pipeline, capacity, and pricing

  • Reviews weekly gross bookings and churn files for accuracy and identify potential revenue leakage

  • Produces KPI and non-financial metric reports to provide business insights

  • Tracks multiple fast-moving projects

  • Updates, improves, and builds other reports and analyses

  • Various ad hoc reporting

  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications

  • 3+ years experience in finance or related field preferred

  • Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting preferred

  • Master's or MBA preferred

  • Strong analytical, quantitative, written, and interpersonal skills

  • Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint

  • Project management skills is a plus

  • Ability to deliver well thought-out, accurate work products on a tight schedule

  • A strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task within tight deadlines is a must

Duties include: Forecast, procure, receive, account, distribute, and dispose Government equipment using property accountability system of record which currently is: Global Combat Support System-Army (GCSS-A) Secured Property Book Unit Supply Enhanced System (SPBUSE) Any other future property accountability systems i.e. Defense Property Accountability System (DPAS). Have in-depth knowledge of hand receipt accounts, inventories, cataloging, reconciliations, authorizations, validations, change of hand receipt holders, supporting documents, Financial Liability Investigations for Property Loss (FLIPL), along with proper and timely keeping of all account property records Perform initial review of proper completion of requisitions for the purchase of equipment and provide to the Government for authorization and processing of these items according to AR 710-2. Screen each hand receipt for excess and shortages of property and supplies for redistributing. Apply standard line item numbers (SLINs), document numbers, priorities designators, and other relevant management techniques as set forth in applicable regulations. Attach property records to the property hand receipt holders using automated property hand receipts according to paragraph 2-10, AR 710-2. Assist Hand Receipt Holders (HRH), as required, in conducting inventories, and adjust property records as required for accuracy purposes. The contractor must support SOCCENT by providing the Government with a comprehensive design plan for any audit-ready. Prepares DD Form 1348, DA form 3161, DA form 3318, DA form 2062, DA Form 2407, DA Form 2404, Missing Parts Notifications, Notifications of Non Fair Wear and Tear damage, Trip Reports and Shipping paperwork (DHL/FEDEX, USPS, DD 1149, US Customs Declaration etc.) IAW instructions received from supervisory personnel. Ensures security requirements for the storage, issue and/or shipment and transport of COMSEC and Sensitive Items are adhered to. Prepares equipment for onward movement IAW instructions received from supervisory personnel May operate GMV, NSCV, ATV, Bobcat, MHE and/or commercial vehicles in the conduct of daily duties and assignments and may be required to perform routine operator maintenance on same equipment. Cleans, packs, crates, loads, unloads, palletizes and prepares necessary paperwork for equipment movement (by ground and/or air transport) to/from FOB, AOB, APOD, DRMO, Class II, IV and VII warehouses and/or shipment/retrograde to locations outside the Theater of operation. Adheres to local physical security procedures and requirements and immediately reports violations to SOFSA FWD supervisory personnel. Follows manual warehousing storage, location and inventory procedures Conducts inventories of component items to major end items ensuring all recoverable/non-expendable items are physically present or otherwise accounted for prior to accepting the item for turn in from the user. Discrepancies will be documented on appropriate forms and immediately brought to the Supervisors attention for specific guidance/resolution. Upon direction, removes serviceable parts from equipment prior to the item being turned-in to CMRE or DRMS. Individual is expected to remain available to provide customer support 24/7. Performs other logistic related duties as assigned: Provides direct and/or indirect oversight of the operation of multiple equipment transfer points. Prepares reports, maintains files, conduct briefings and supervise personnel engaged in complex logistic and maintenance support functions associated with the transport, storage, turn‐in, issue and/or direct exchange of military equipment to/from remote location. Expected to travel to all locations quarterly and participate in all program/logistics IPR. Candidate selected will travel to Fayetteville, NC to in-process Basic Qualifications Experience with U.S. Army property accountability processes and procedures. Experience with Global Combat Support System – Army (GCSS-A) is preferred with a thorough and complete understanding of manual property book hand receipt procedures. Prepare and process FLIPL, DD Form 200, investigations, collection vouchers, and AR 15-6 investigations in a timely and efficient manner, complying with AR 735-5. Advise hand receipt holders and leadership on the proper usage of property and the procedures for processing FLIPL, DD Form 200, investigations, and other regulatory means used to affix responsibility for property lost, stolen, or destroyed. Maintain FLIPL registers, FLIPL (DD Form 200), and all property transactions. Conformity of property management to applicable Army Regulations, Federal Property Management Regulations, Supply Updates, and Department of the Army Pamphlets and SOPs.
