Our Business Operations team within Business Support develops solutions to current and future challenges. We support activities ranging from marketing and manufacturing to maintenance and more. We define scope and objectives based on a thorough understanding of end users, business needs and processes. From analyzing, evaluating and documenting requirements through to specifying solutions, we strive to improve processes and maximize potential.
Manage a territory of large, complex TLAs to identify current consumption levels
Assist in training/mentoring Senior Analysts on TLAs and TLA consumption tracking.
Perform complex data analysis to gain insights into customer accounts.
Perform quality reviews of data analysis completed by Senior Analysts on the team.
Help sales teams understand customers' current datacenter install base, storage capacity utilization, software entitlement, contract terms and maintenance renewal history.
Gain insights from data analysis to identify sales opportunities within an account.
Become a trusted strategic advisor to sales and financial services teams.
Handle seasonal and quarter-end "fire drill" requests in support of the sales process.
Assist globally-dispersed colleagues to load-balance demand.
BS degree in business, information systems or a similar field. MS or MBA degrees preferred.
CISA, CPA or similar certifications are a plus.
4+ years of relevant experience in business operations, sales operations, financial services or similar.
Intermediate or better familiarity with MS Excel (e.g. pivot tables, complex formulas, quick keys, etc).
Experience working within a large, global technology firm.
Experience working with sales teams on $5M+ deals.
Ability to travel 5-10%.
