Our Business Operations team within Business Support develops solutions to current and future challenges. We support activities ranging from marketing and manufacturing to maintenance and more. We define scope and objectives based on a thorough understanding of end users, business needs and processes. From analyzing, evaluating and documenting requirements through to specifying solutions, we strive to improve processes and maximize potential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a territory of large, complex TLAs to identify current consumption levels

  • Assist in training/mentoring Senior Analysts on TLAs and TLA consumption tracking.

  • Perform complex data analysis to gain insights into customer accounts.

  • Perform quality reviews of data analysis completed by Senior Analysts on the team.

  • Help sales teams understand customers' current datacenter install base, storage capacity utilization, software entitlement, contract terms and maintenance renewal history.

  • Gain insights from data analysis to identify sales opportunities within an account.

  • Become a trusted strategic advisor to sales and financial services teams.

  • Handle seasonal and quarter-end "fire drill" requests in support of the sales process.

  • Assist globally-dispersed colleagues to load-balance demand.

Essential Requirements

  • BS degree in business, information systems or a similar field. MS or MBA degrees preferred.

  • CISA, CPA or similar certifications are a plus.

  • 4+ years of relevant experience in business operations, sales operations, financial services or similar.

  • Intermediate or better familiarity with MS Excel (e.g. pivot tables, complex formulas, quick keys, etc).

  • Experience working within a large, global technology firm.

  • Experience working with sales teams on $5M+ deals.

  • Ability to travel 5-10%.

Job Description The Workplace Business Operations Associate Manager – Austin Metro is accountable for delivery of workplace business operations on site within the Accenture office locations within the Austin area. This includes the following key responsibilities. * Plan and manage daily office operations and delivery of services, ensuring operational compliance to policies, budgets and guidelines and review performance against business objectives. * Provide leadership, direction, development and employee supervision within the areas of responsibility. * Accountable for the oversight and implementation of reception services, facility management, life safety policies and procedures. Also responsible for space management, event coordination, document services, floor operations support, space utilization management, billing/invoicing and additional location services. * Manage relationships with internal leadership, stakeholders, customers and teams. * Develop and manage contract relationships with external service providers (negotiate and manage contracts, review performance against strategy and budget). Act as a point of contact for vendors and landlords. * Participate in the strategic review of business operations and ensure execution of Workplace Solutions strategy, policies and goals with a focus on long-term business planning and forecasted Workplace Solutions requirements. * Design and implement programs/processes to deliver performance improvements to continually support Accenture's Workplace Solutions strategy. Participate in sharing best practices across teams/locations. Evaluate systems and policies; initiate change when necessary. * Use judgment to anticipate customer service needs, resolve non-routine issues and take action accordingly. * Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports to review key metrics. * Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure service standards are being met. * Participate in Accenture programs and lead key location efforts including the support of our ISO certification requirements and Senior Leadership meetings.
