Role Overview:

We are seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role involves leveraging data delivery and administration tools such as IBM Cognos and Power BI to enhance business processes. You'll work with data warehousing technologies, including relational databases and ETL tools, to provide impactful business intelligence solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development, implementation, and support of business applications and intelligence solutions.
• Engage in all project life-cycle phases: requirements, analysis, development, testing, training, and data conversion.
• Develop a deep understanding of manufacturing systems, business processes, and data structures.
• Design and implement business process changes.
• Manage projects, ensuring resources, schedules, and deliverables meet department standards.
• Develop and document procedural and system guidelines.
• Facilitate training for key users.
• Evaluate and select alternatives, solutions, and partners.
• Communicate plans, activities, progress, and status to management and stakeholders.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• BS in Business Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field OR 5-7 years of data warehousing/business intelligence experience.
• Experience with WhereScape RED and/or TimeXtender is a major plus.
• Familiarity with Cognos and Power BI is beneficial.
• Knowledge of Azure SQL, Synapse Serverless, and D365 Dynamics F&O is a plus.
• Proficiency in SQL and SQL Server Databases.
• Understanding of data modeling concepts, OLAP Cubes, Star Schemas, and Relational Databases.
• Experience with financial reporting packages.
• Background in the manufacturing industry.
• High personal and professional integrity.
• Ability to collaborate with a small team and work independently.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
