About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Business Execution Consultant to join the Legal Education & Awareness team, which drives organizational initiatives, influences the employee and manager experience, and executes on Legal strategic priorities including department learning strategies.
The Legal Strategy, Innovation, and Administration (LSIA) Division leads the identification and implementation of strategic and operational priorities for the Department.
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced consultant to design and implement innovative e-learning programs tailored to the needs of different user groups in the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in creating digital training strategies, developing comprehensive learning guides, and utilizing knowledge management systems.
This role will require collaboration with various divisions to identify training needs, develop content, and implement modern effective learning solutions. Experience in knowledge management and Digital Adoption Platforms (DAPs) is essential to drive user engagement and adoption of our digital tools.
In this role, you will:
Drive the integration and implementation of programs and initiatives by leveraging relationships with functional business partners.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather accurate and comprehensive information for training content.
Promote best practices for knowledge sharing and retention across the organization.
Utilize e-learning authoring tools and DAPs to enhance user onboarding, training, and continuous learning experiences.
Monitor and analyze DAPs metrics to improve user experience and adoption rates.
Develop learning strategies with clearly defined goals and measurable results.
Manage and prioritize competing strategies and adjust, as necessary.
Lead the strategy and resolution of complex and unique challenges related to Business Execution that require solid analytical skills, extensive knowledge of Business Execution, and understanding of business, delivering longer term and large-scale solutions.
Required Qualifications, US:

2 years of experience in learning and development with focus on digital training strategies and knowledge management
Proficiency in using Digital Adoption Platforms and e-learning authoring tools
Knowledge of adult learning principles
Expertise in creating unique e-learning learning experiences and content for a variety of audiences.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with knack for creating clear and engaging learning materials
Strong PM skills with ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
Ability to proactively identify risks related to learning content.
Skill in generating alternative solutions and expertly overcoming obstacles.
